DLL is a concept, owned and managed by Mr. Angel Samson-Reyna Jr.

He graduated from De La Salle University-College of Saint Benilde- Manila, Philippines in year 2002 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration major in Information Services Management.

Mr. Reyna is currently pursuing a masters degree in business administration at the Long Island University in New York City, N.Y. USA.
